Calvary Kids Worship Workshop Interest & Commitment Form

Thank you for your interest in the Calvary Kids Worship Workshop! This workshop is designed for children who are interested in worship ministry, media, sound, screens, singing, motions, and serving as part of a team environment.

Practices will take place on Sundays throughout the summer as children grow in worship, teamwork, confidence, leadership, and ministry involvement together.

Workshop Details
• Ages: 8+ (unless approved by the Children’s Pastor)
• Begins: June 14
• Morning Practice: Sundays at 9:15 AM before service
• Afternoon Practice: After church until approximately 2:30–3:00 PM
• No Practice: June 21 & July 5
• Final Practice: July 19
• Led by: Rith Yin

Please note:
Participation in practices does not automatically guarantee placement on future praise teams or ministry opportunities. This workshop is intended for children who are sincere about participating consistently and growing in ministry.
